Shipping & Delivery Policy

Current status

Final courier integration is not yet live. Laffa does not display a real tracking number or shipment status unless received from an officially connected courier.

Seller responsibilities

• Package appropriately and hand over the exact listed item in the stated condition.
• Hand the parcel to the courier within the deadline shown in the order.
• Do not change delivery address/method outside the order tools.

Buyer responsibilities

Provide accurate address/contact information and review delivery details before confirmation. Delivery cost, timing, and service area must be shown before a paid order is finalized.

Delay and loss

For delay or loss, Laffa reviews courier tracking and evidence together with applicable consumer rights. Users are not required to resolve the issue through off-platform payment or contact.
