Prohibited Items Policy

Strictly prohibited

• Counterfeit or fake goods and unauthorized trademark use.
• Stolen goods or items the seller has no right to sell.
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives, and regulated or dangerous harmful devices.
• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, and restricted medicines.
• Hazardous, toxic, or improperly shippable flammable materials.
• Pornographic/sexually explicit products or unlawful content.
• Animals, human remains, official identity documents/cards, counterfeit currency, or fraud tools.
• Any item prohibited by Libyan law or requiring a license the seller does not hold.

Outside Laffa’s marketplace scope

Laffa is focused on fashion, bags, shoes, accessories, and approved adjacent categories. Out-of-scope goods may be removed even if not unlawful.

Authenticity and ownership

Sellers must not represent an item as authentic without a reasonable basis. Laffa may request ownership/authenticity evidence, remove the listing, or restrict the account.

Enforcement

We may remove a listing immediately, request information, preserve required records, restrict or suspend an account, or refer matters to competent authorities where necessary.
