Age Policy
Laffa uses an 18+ account and transaction policy to keep legal, financial, and verification responsibility clear.
Effective: 18 September 2026
18 or older
People under 18 may not create a Laffa account, sell, buy, make offers, or enter transactions. Browsing public pages does not require an account.
Age attestation
At signup, the user confirms they are 18+ and proof may be requested during seller verification or fraud review. Misrepresenting age or identity may result in restriction.
Underage account
If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, transactions are restricted and the account/data may be closed or deleted where retention is not required, while any existing order is handled safely.
