Cancellation Policy
When a buyer or seller can cancel and what happens after confirmation.

Before payment
A buyer may cancel a reserved order before payment is completed. The item returns to available status where appropriate.
After payment and before shipment
When payments launch, checkout and the applicable policy will state whether immediate cancellation remains available after payment. If self-cancellation is no longer available, a review may be requested; statutory withdrawal or termination rights remain unaffected.
Item unavailable
If an item becomes unavailable after contracting, the buyer must be notified within applicable legal timing and the full amount paid returned.
Safety/compliance cancellation
Laffa may cancel or pause an order for suspected fraud, prohibited goods, payment issues, legal requests, or safety concerns, with funds handled according to transaction status and law.
