Laffa Community Guidelines
The Laffa community is built on trust and respect. These guidelines apply to listings, images, messages, comments and interactions across the platform.
Be respectful
Harassment, bullying, threats, hateful conduct and sexually explicit content are not allowed. Disagreement is fine; abusive behavior is not.
Be safe
Do not post sensitive personal information publicly or request information unrelated to the transaction. Use reporting tools for threatening or unsafe behavior.
Be real
Do not impersonate others or mislead people about an item, brand or authenticity. Photos and descriptions should represent the actual item and disclose important flaws.
No spam or solicitation
Repetitive spam, mass messages, unrelated promotion, or listings primarily created to solicit money or redirect users elsewhere may be removed.
Keep transactions on Laffa
Sales that originate on Laffa should remain on Laffa through supported transaction steps. Do not request external payments, contact details or links intended to complete the sale elsewhere.
Reporting & enforcement
We may remove content, pause listings, restrict account features or review an account when these guidelines are violated. Serious cases may require additional action.
