Before buying
Review photos, description, condition, size, measurements, price, and seller information. Use Laffa comments/messages if information is missing.
Offers and Bundles
Make genuine offers using Laffa’s tools. An accepted offer does not waive your right to receive the item as described or mandatory legal rights.
Payment and confirmation
Before paying, review price, fees, shipping, and policies. Do not send outside transfers or payments on the assumption they are covered by Laffa protection.
After delivery
Inspect the item and retain packaging/evidence if there is an issue. Open a case from the order within the applicable window rather than arranging an outside refund.
