Protecting trademarks, photos, text, and other rights, with an infringement reporting process.

User content
Do not upload photos, logos, text, or designs you are not authorized to use. Using brand/retailer images in a way that implies an official or authorized listing is not allowed.
Counterfeits
Listing counterfeit goods or misleading use of a trademark violates this Policy and may result in removal and account suspension.
Infringement notice
A rights owner or authorized representative may email hello@laffa.ly with contact details, identification of the right, the URL/ID of the complained-of content, the basis for the infringement claim, and a statement that the information is accurate and the reporter is authorized to act.
Review and response
We may temporarily remove content while reviewing and request information from the uploader. Content may be restored if the complaint is insufficient or use is authorized. Repeat infringement may lead to account termination.
Laffa rights
Laffa trademarks, logos, design, software, and original Laffa-produced content may not be copied or passed off as another party’s without permission.
